CORPUS CHRISTI SHIP CHANNEL 20" WATERLINE REPLACEMENT, PORT ARANSAS TX

Check out the Pull our Million lb crew completed under the Corpus Christi Ship Channel! With the Port of CC needing existing utilities lowered for dredging, Isaacks was there to answer the call and get the job done. These men and women worked without incident nor did they waste any time getting this pull completed. Great job Million Lb crew!

FLINT HILLS PIPELINE, 16" REPLACEMENT
August-September 2022
August of 2022 we started a project with Flint Hills and Storm Services relocating a 16" refined products line in Taylor TX. We completed a series of HDDs and road bores on this project in a safe and timely manor. As always we are pleased to be able to provide this service for our customers!

AIR LIQUIDE 12" VIOLA CHANNEL LINE LOWERING
December 2022
IDD's HRE 500 crew tackled this line lowering project for Air liquide utilizing a Inrock motor and Brownline Gyro steering system. The line lowering was done at a depth of 210' under the channel for future drfedging of the channel to accomodate larger ships into the Port of Corpus Christi!

PACKERY CHANNEL 20" FPVC WATERLINE REPLACEMENT
January 2023
Battling cold fronts, extremely sandy soils and other grueling conditions, our crews prevailed in pulling a 20" fusible PVC waterline for the City of Corpus Christi under Packery Channel on Padre Island. Due to unavailable space on the exit side the Pipe had a mid-fuse. the pullback went smoothly congrats 500 crew!

AEP PACKERY CHANNEL FIBER LOWERING
January 2023
The 100x140 crew helped install a 4" duct under Packery channel and some wetlands in a series of HDDs to lower an existing fiber optic cable off overhead poles to an underground application. The Channel crossing being 1500 LF and two shorter wetland bores 500 feet each. Our crew pulled the ducts in with ease in the beach sand on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. Great job guys!

INSTALLATION 18" HDPE DRAIN INSTALATION

our 100X140 crew installed two 18" HDPE pipes on grade over 800 LF to help Cheniere with drainage at their LNG facility in Portland TX. Job well done !

NEW DEVELOPMENT FORCE MAIN 6"
February 2023
Our crew installed 1800 feet of 6" force main sewer for a new housing development in Rockport, TX. The job spec was abnormal, requiring IDD to bore 5 feet under a stretch of road for 3/4 of the bore. Then make a dive under a road to 10' before coming back to the surface. The bore was completed with no damage to the road and a happy customer was made!

Our 100x140 crew prevailed in Freeport pulling in a total of 2200 LF in 4 different HDDs and road bores on a short spread connecting two facilities with a new 16" LNG line.

BOCA CHICA ELECTRICAL CASING 24"
June 2023
We had the oppurtunity to send our Auger Machine down to the Rio Grande Valley at Space X Starbase to install 60' of 24" steel casing underneath the Boca Chica Highway for electrical conduits to be ran inside them. Conditions werent ideal being below the water table, but, IDD made the push and got the job done.

30” GUIDED AUGER BORE GEISMAR, LA

We had a fun and land complex out in Louisiana, drilling a pilot with our 100x140 Vermeer HDD machine, then using that pilot to push in 270 LF of 30” steel casing. Great job crew!
